Why we do this

Anyone with a truck can empty a house. What families told us they couldn’t find was someone who would empty a house well — someone who understood that the job usually starts a few weeks after a funeral, that the people hiring us are exhausted and often far away, and that mixed into the furniture and the boxes are the things a family will want for the next fifty years.

So that became the business: estate cleanouts done the way we’d want our own parents’ home handled. Slow where it should be slow, fast where speed is a mercy, and honest about money the whole way through.

What we promise on every job

• The valuables rule. Photos, documents, jewelry, cash, medals, letters — if it’s personal or valuable, it goes to the family. Every time, no exceptions, even when no one would ever know.
• One written price. Quoted after a free walkthrough. It doesn’t grow, and there are no dump fees added at the end.
• Donate before we dump. Usable goods go to Valley charities, with receipts for the estate’s records. The landfill is our last resort, not our first stop.
• Show our work. Photos before, during, and after — especially for out-of-state families who can’t be here.
• Kindness in the house. No jokes about what we find, no rushing a family member who needs a minute with a box of letters.
